Every kid (4 years 6 months old – 18 years old) who has a current Medicare card and is enrolled in school is eligible to apply for 2 x $100 = $200 Active Kids voucher and a $100 Creative Kids voucher per calendar year. That’s $300 off your kids ballet and dance fees per calendar year.
