- Please take your child to the toilet immediately before starting class to avoid unnecessary disruption to the class
- Please ensure that your child is punctual for every class so as not to disrupt the class unnecessarily and ensure that they are in the presence of the teacher when you drop them off
- Please ensure that your child is collected on time as we can not be responsible for your child’s safety outside of their class time
- In order to maintain a positive and controlled environment, all classes during the term are closed to all visitors. Excepting the last class of every term will be open for viewing by friends and family. The first two lessons are an exception for particularly sensitive children.
- For those who are participating in the “Dance With Me” class it is requested that mobile phones are turned off so as not to disrupt the class.
- There is no compulsory uniform for children participating in the classes, fairy dress, leotard and skirt, shorts and t-shirt, bike pants and t-shirt. Even dress ups! Just make sure clothing
is free to move in. Ballet shoes are preferable, bare feet are acceptable but socks and jiffies are not allowed as they are too slippery.
- By enrolling in our classes you give permission for the staff or those authorised by “Tiny Toes Ballet” to photograph students for promotional purposes only, and agree that parents including yourself may take photos/videos on the last class of each term, but agree not to post the footage on the internet
- Tiny Toes Ballet are committed to respecting the privacy of its students in accordance with the National Privacy Act.
- New students fees are to be paid within the first two weeks of commencing. For those who start part way through a term the fee for that term will only be for the classes remaining. Invoices will be given to current students in the last weeks of the term. Fees are to be paid prior to the term commencing for a returning student
- Free Trial lesson means come and have an obligation free trial lesson. If you would like to join the class you will be billed for the full term including the trial class. If the class is not for you, you will not be charged for the class. We welcome any feedback you may have about the trial class.
- Refund Policy: Fees are payable by the term and there is no refund for absent classes.
Any student can make-up a missed class in any equivalent class (if there is space available, please call before attending) Make-up classes must be done in the same term. Missed classes will not be carried over into the next term.
- Fees can be paid by cash, Cheque or direct deposit into Tiny Toes Ballet bank account.
- Please note we do not accept credit card payments at this time.
- Acceptance of enrolment is at the sole discretion of Tiny Toes Ballet.
- Although Tiny Toes Ballet will take all due care in the event of accidents, I understand that no responsibility by the studio will be accepted. I also agree to abide by and accept Tiny Toes Ballet policies, while my child is enrolled in the studio, as mentioned above and as requested by the Tiny Toes Ballet Staff. I agree to pay all fees.
